1) Customers can return/exchange their order within 7 days of the order being delivered. We have a reverse pickup facility available to most pin codes, and we will get the order picked up from your delivery address. If we do not have a pickup facility available at your pin code, unfortunately, you will have to self-ship the products back to us.
2) All returns/exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. If not, the return/replacement will not be valid.
3) If any product did not fit you well and you need a replacement for the same, kindly contact our team at +91 9566897324. We will be happy to provide you with a new product of the required size (T&C Apply).
4) All refunds will be initiated directly to your TOM HIDDLE Wallet only.
5) For refunds of orders that were already delivered successfully and then cancelled later by the customer, a reverse pickup charge of ₹150 / Piece will be applicable. Alternatively, you can self-ship the package to us.
6) Online refunds of shipping and COD charges are not applicable.
7) The exchange/refund policy is not applicable for products with more than a 30% discount.
8) International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
9) Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us a few images of the same, and our team will get back to you immediately.
10) If defective or incorrect products were delivered, we will bear the full charges for delivering the new product to you.
11) You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For self-shipped products, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
12) The new replacement product for any return/exchange will be shipped only once the previous product reaches us and passes the Quality Check. If the product fails the Quality Check and seems to be used or untidy, then we will not be able to provide a new exchange/refund.
13) Please note that there will be a single exchange or return pickup per order. If your order arrives in multiple packages, kindly apply for an exchange or return only after you have received all items. Any additional pickup requests will incur a service charge.
14) For initiating an exchange for any wrong size purchased by the customer themselves, there will be an additional reverse pickup charge of ₹150 / Piece. Alternatively, you can send us back the product to our Corporate Office Address at:

Shipping charges for sending the product back to our office will not be refundable from our side. All gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
